My name is Cory Davis, and I’ve spent the last 10 years working in the short-term rental industry, building, operating, and scaling successful property management businesses from the ground up. I opened my first short-term rental management company in Colorado, where I grew the business to manage over 40 properties before ultimately selling it. That experience gave me a deep, hands-on understanding of what it takes to run high-performing vacation rentals—balancing revenue optimization, guest satisfaction, and long-term property care. In 2026, my family and I relocated to Bend, Oregon to be closer to family. With two young children, family is incredibly important to us, and that same care and attention carries through in how we manage our owners’ homes. We launched Mountain Bound Rentals on January 1st, 2026, starting fresh—but with a decade of hard-earned experience behind us. Having lived through market shifts, regulation changes, and evolving guest expectations, we bring a level of insight and preparedness that gives our owners a true competitive edge. We utilize and have firsthand experience with industry-leading software and systems designed to maximize earning potential, elevate the guest experience, and protect the integrity of each property we manage.
